The cunning accomplices of the puppeteer Mangiafuoco. Gatto and Volpe perform in Mangiafuoco's big circus! But he pays more attention to his puppets than to real actors.
Gepetto & Pinokkio
Inspired by the original 'Pinocchio' fairytale. When designing, I gave Geppetto and Pinocchio their own color palette that fits their character. This color also comes through in the linework. But to show they belong together, I gave them both a green 'earthy' color and a zigzag pattern, to show that Pinocchio was made by Geppetto.

Pinokkio smokes a cigar and turns into a donkey.

Flint leans fearless on the edge of a branch while Bo watches him frightened to fall from behind.

Pointy Peter Pan
Peter Pan has two sides. The carefree adventurous boy, but he can be rather cold and indifferent to the feelings of others. I have literally put these sides in his costume where the leaves dry out and when he is completely 'cold' his costume changes appearance.
